[Mdl] MDL: Seeking Selection Committee volunteers

Dear members of the MDL listserv

I would like your help to find two new members for the Minnesota Digital
Library selection committee.

These volunteers review all applications and provide feedback and assessment
of the projects in the applications. They bring their expertise as
historians, researchers, teachers and librarians to the project.

The workload involves reading the applications. Last year we received
reviewed nearly 45 applications.
Applications come in periodically and I try to send out no more than five at
a time. I ask the committee members to complete their work in about 10
calendar days. 
We do all of our work through e-mail.

We ask that members of the selection committee NOT be from organizations
that will be requesting MDL funding for digitization.

Please help me find these two volunteers. If you are interested, send me an
e-mail. If you know someone who may be interested, share this e-mail and
have that person contact me by e-mail.


I would like to thank the volunteers who are continuing members of the
