[Mdl] Call for Phase 2 Project Proposals

The MDLC is pleased to announce that it has received an LSTA grant to
continue the development of the Minnesota Digital Library.  A
significant portion of that grant will allow us to add images to
Minnesota Reflections, our signature project.  In Phase 2, we have
expanded the project timeline to include images taken before 1923; we
continue to encourage submission of images from the earliest period of
Minnesota history (prior to 1909).  Additional information about Phase
2, including project requirements and application forms, is available at
