CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT            - St. Cloud, Minnesota
JOB OBJECTIVE
Performs all ground operations functions of a Mesaba Airlines Station along with customer service functions.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.      Performs as necessary weight/balance, communications, aircraft services, cargo and passenger handling, and weather observations.
2.      Performance and conduct to be in accordance with all Federal, State, Airport and company regulations.
3.      Performs duties in a manner to insure the quality and reliability of services to our customers.
4.      Performs counter, airfreight and baggage services as required.
5.      Performs all duties in a safe manner and reports unsafe conditions to Manager/Supervisor.
6.      Performs duties efficiently and avoids waste of Company resources.
7.      Performs safety and screening functions per FAA regulations.
8.      Works overtime as required.
9.      Performs other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required:

 *   High school diploma or equivalent
 *   Valid drivers license with good driving record
 *   Ability to lift 35 lbs repetitively and 75 lbs occasionally
 *   Clear criminal record
Skills Required:

 *   Good communication skills
 *   Customer Service orientated
Working Conditions:

 *   Indoor/Outdoor
 *   Extreme temperatures
Working Hours:
            Varies - mornings, days, evenings, weekends, holidays
Starting Pay: $8.17/hr
