[Aviation_Students] Industry practice interview opportunity

Will Offer--- Practice Interview Days in their Airside Operations
Department
For Airport/Aviation Administration/Management Majors
Two days during spring break, March 6th and 7th, have been set aside
to hold mock interviews for students that will be graduating within the
next twelve months. The interview will be for the "position" of
Operations Coordinator, (there is no job offer-this is a practice day
for what an industry interview might be like). The program will be
offered to 6-8 SCSU Aviation Students.
* SCSU students will be scheduled for one day
* Students will be split into groups- a morning (0800-1300) and
afternoon (1200-1700) session.
* Each student will be given an interview that will last 30-40
minutes with approximately 20 minutes devoted to providing feedback and
constructive criticism to the interviewee.
* Airfield tours will be provided and an opportunity to drive
the MSP Driving Simulator during the time period that the students are
not in the mock interview.
* Lunch is provided during the hour that all the students will be
together.
* The interviews will be held at our Driver's Training Center
where students will be able to park free of charge.
* "Job descriptions" for the prospective interviewees will be
offered a few weeks before the interview to help the students prepare
