[Aviation_Students] AHP Fall 2007 Kickoff BBQ: Last Call

This afternoon around 5:00 PM Alpha Eta Rho (AHP) will be hosting a BBQ at Riverside Park here in Saint Cloud for members, and non-members who would consider becoming members of AHP.  We'll be eating, and tossing around Frisbees, footballs, and whatever else might show up.  If you are new to campus, the department, or were unable to participate in prior year activities because of schedule conflicts, this might be the year to meet some of the brightest and most fun group of people involved and interested in aviation.

 

Everyone should bring their own refreshment of choice.  Plastic containers only please.  

 

Members planning to attend who have not already contacted Lisa Wixom or myself, contact Lisa to coordinate potluck items.  Also contact Lisa or myself and indicate if you can help or need help with transportation.  

 

Non-members considering joining us, bring yourselves.  Or contact Lisa or myself to help arrange transportation.

This year there will be only one business meeting a month, held normally the first Wednesday of the month at 5:00 PM in the Mississippi room of Atwood Center.  September's meeting will be held next week, Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at 5:00 PM in Glacier North of Atwood.  If you are unable to attend the BBQ because of other plans, but want to meet us and find out more, come see us next Wednesday.  Further events and informal meetings will be held as frequently as the membership sees fit.
