[Aviation_Students] Oshkosh

All Students,
 
As you may know every year the Aviation Ambassadors run a booth at Oshkosh. We are looking for people to help with running this booth. Oshkosh Air Venture is from July 22-29. Lodging is paid for, transportation will be shared (unless you find your own transportation), but food will not be covered. You do not have to stay the whole week, so just let me know what days you would like to attend. There are only 6 passes a day, so those who are not working will have to find something else to do or pay for their own pass. When you are done working you can spend the rest of the day at the Air Venture or go and do something else. Anyone interested please send Todd Christopherson an e-mail at chto0401 at stcloudstate.edu. If you need a ride or have room and can help car pool let him know as well. For those of you who have already stated an interest in going, please send him an e-mail confirming that you are still interested and for which days. 
Anyone who has a van or covered truck to help transport booths, equipment etc. please let me know asap.
