ATTENTION AVIATION GRADUATES!

 

Next week on Wednesday, March 21 in the Atwood Voyageurs Room, from
2:30-4:30 pm, there will a Science & Engineering Career Fair. Right now,
over 25 companies are scheduled to be in attendance including Mesaba
Airlines. If you are interested in working for an airline as a PILOT,
MECHANIC, GROUND SUPPORT, MANAGEMENT, please DRESS PROFESSIONALLY (guys,
that means a suit and tie-ladies generally know how to dress up with no
prompting) and bring your UPDATED ERROR FREE resume. Yes, it is possible
(depending on the position at Mesaba) that you could be HIRED on the
spot! Guys, if you drop off a resume at an airline, do yourself a favor
and lose the baseball caps, ear rings, and NO visible tattoos. Showing
up in jeans with a resume may spell the kiss of death in considering you
for employment.

 

I HIGHLEY RECOMMEND that all aviation students make the effort to stop
by and say hello. If the recruiters from Mesaba Airlines only sees 4
aviation students, they may NOT come back next year as it would be a
WASTE OF THEIR TIME. Impress the recruiters by thanking them for coming
to SCSU and their time! :-)
