[Aviation_Students] Computer Login Problems: HuskyNet

Attn: All Aviation Students

 

 

Some of you may be having a problem with your HuskyNet profile. For
example, you logon to a computer in Headley Hall and some of your
programs do not work. You logoff and try another computer with the same
result. Meanwhile, another student logs on to the first computer you
tried and does not have any problems.

 

I spoke with one of our tech support people and he thinks you are having
a problem with your HuskyNet profile. For example, if you visit Google
Earth, there may be a lot of cookies attached and associated with your
account. Symptoms include a very slow running computer and problems
opening software programs like PowerPoint embedded in D2L. 

 

If you are having any problems with your HuskyNet Account, I would
suggest you call 8-2077 and have tech support look at and perhaps reset
your HuskyNet profile.
