Pay:    $280.00 Per Week to $480.00 Per Week
Benefits: none
Raises based on performance. $1000.00 bonus if employee stays at least
one year and gives 30 days notice when leaving.
Duration/Hours Per Week:        Full-Time, 40 to 50 Hours Per Week

Minimum Requirements of Employer:
Education:      High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Required
Must hold at least a CFI rating. CFII preferable. Marketing experience
would be a benefit too. 
Duties and Responsibilities: Private and instrument flight instruction
at central Wisconsin's only Cessna Pilot Center. Time not instructing
will be spent recruiting new students and doing line work. Our CFI's
usually average about 600-700 hours per year.
