[Aviation_Students] Oshkosh EAA Airventure 2007- Biggest show in the world! ( sorry its along one, but VERY IMPORANT. PLEASE READ!!!!)

Hello fellow aviation students and honored alumni,
Every year our aviation department sends students to Oshkosh to man a booth to promote and recruit for the aviation program.  This year is no different except WE NEED your help!  Oshkosh is getting extremely close and no one has yet confirmed that they are going.  This IS CRUNCH TIME,  the dates are:  
 
Setup on June 22nd
Show starts the 23rd @ 8 am 
ending @ 5 pm.
 
Those times run the entire show which ends on June 29th.
WE need people to work those days.  Basically you work half a day and get the rest to play.  The more people that help out the less time you have to work.  There are 6 free passes a day, so those six people slit up the times to work about 3.5 hours. Individuals wanting to come down for just one day are welcome to pay for there own entrance bracelet. There are hotel rooms reserved already for the week.  
 
Breaking it down for you:
Hotel room paid for
Entrance FEE paid for
 
What's not paid for:
your food down there
travel expenses, well kind of, if you keep your receipts, the aviation department will try to get you reimbursed, somehow.
