City of Phoenix will be holding a recruitment for the aviation
management internship beginning 7/23/07.  The job description will be at
the link below beginning Monday morning.

This PAID internship starts at $33,675 per year and lasts for 18 months.
The successful candidate will spend their time rotating through various
division through the Aviation Department including operations, planning,
public relations, administration, and properties.  The Aviation
Department manages three

airports: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport; Phoenix Deer Valley
Airport; and Phoenix Goodyear Airport.

 

I strongly urge recent graduates/upcoming grads to apply for this list.
The list will stay active for one year.  This is a great opportunity to
gain hands on experience in a number of airport areas.  Many of the
management interns are hired for permanent positions at the airport
after completing their rotation.
