[Aviation_Students] MBAA VLJ Day!

MBAA VLJ Day on August 24!!!
 
4 SCSU volunteers would be great as we already have 3 signed up.
 
MBAA will do their best rotate the volunteers so we do not have to work just one job, unless we want to. 
 
The duties include direct parking cars, registration, food  distribution, trash collection, and clean up (a lot like Airport Day). It would be their goal to let as many as possible listen to the keynote speaker, Pete Agur, and the afternoon panel. 
 
The event closes at 4:00, so it would be great if the volunteers would stay until the clean up is completed or 5:00 p.m., which ever comes first. 
 
 
If you are interested, we will carpool from SCSU or you can fly to FCM and meet us there, please respond to this email by THURSDAY, AUGUST 17 by 3:00 PM!  Space is limited.
