Client Servicer/Quality Control Representative

Location: Houston TX



Client Servicer/Quality Control Representative is responsible for coordinating current and future ground transportation requirements for Part 91/135 operators and working with our trip planning clients as well as monitoring services provided by our affiliate network across 125 countries. The representative will act as go between with our internal operations team and client flight departments.

 Duties
* Responsible for maintaining current trip itineraries.
* Coordinating with internal operations department.
* Flight tracking/monitoring client services and aircraft.
* Communicating changes and updates to worldwide affiliate network.

Required computer skills
MS Office (Outlook,  Windows XP). Must have competent keyboard skills (type)

Education/experience/certifications
* None as full training given.

* Aviation experience and or language skills an advantage but not required.

Additional information
* Standard day hour ie 08.00 - 17.00/09.00 - 18.00. Monday thru Friday. Overtime available but not compulsory.
* Full benefits offered.
* Opportunity for domestic and international travel.
